X-Bar handlebar naked bike X02, W: 789mm

The classic naked bike handlebar is now also available in the butted X-Bar version.

X-Bar handlebars compensate for annoying bouncing and offer significantly more reserves in extreme situations.

Made of high-quality aluminium (2014 T6 - extremely durable). The conical taper (diameter: 28.6mm) from the clamping area to the ends almost doubles the bending stiffness against deformation.

The diameter at the outer flanks is 22 mm and 28.6 mm in the clamping area (suitable clamping blocks must be used). Available in matt black.

Handlebar dimensions: B:789, H: 101, D: 173.

Including ABE valid for Germany for the models listed there.

As part of an individual or modification inspection at a technical institute (e.g. TÜV, Dekra), you can of course also mount the handlebars on other models, if possible, and have them entered in the vehicle documents. Please order the corresponding handlebar clamps for mounting separately if necessary (see ‘Suitable articles’).

Note: The accessory handlebars are supplied without a hole for locking the switch unit. These are positioned differently depending on the motorcycle model. It is permissible to drill the handlebar for the lock: To do this, align your new handlebar optimally with the vehicle. Now mount the switch units, check that they are free to move towards the tank at full steering angle, mark the hole for the lock and drill the handlebar to the appropriate diameter. If you want to avoid the drill slipping off the smooth steering tube when converting the handlebars, or if you tend to ‘go wrong’ when centre-punching or somehow always drill crookedly into the workpiece, you should use the LSL drilling template, order no. 10005264 (see ‘Matching Products’) – better safe than sorry, with this template such mistakes cannot happen.
